This is Örkelljunga.

This is the New Square, also known as Sveriges tristaste torg, in April 2012. It looks just the same as last autumn. Nothing ever changes in Örkelllunga. Well, this lovely square with its many idyllic betongsuggas is one of many reasons for moving to Örkelljunga for good. This is an excellent example of the very high level of community services in the village. The New Square is also the arena for the world famous young Bus Drivers. So if you like terrible noice all night long this is the right place for you!

Another very good reason to move to Örkelljunga are the beautiful plantations in the heart of the håla. If you sit on one of the famous green värmebänks, you have this delightful view beside you:

Now, in April 2012, this mostly brown plantation, also known as Sveriges fulaste kommunala plantering, looks just the same as one year ago. Nothing ever happens in Skånes armpit. This charming and idyllic place is of course created by the Gardener from Hell. This very high level of community services is a result of the excellent work by the so called Society Building Unit, under the command of the outstanding Mr Catastropher Johansson. His team of lazy lallers really do an absolutely splendid piece of work to convince more people to move to idyllic Örkelljunga. Yes, you can be a lantis, too! Or even a kommunchef… Welcome to Örkelljunga!
